Based on scripture:  Jeremiah 1: 4-10.

In Jeremiah 1, we witness God's profound calling of Jeremiah, appointing him as a prophet to the nations before he was even born. Today, as we gather, let's explore our roles as "Keepers of the Walking Stick." Just as a walking stick provides support and guidance, God calls each of us to be a source of strength and direction for others. Despite Jeremiah's initial fears and self-doubt, God assured him of His presence and power. Let us embrace our divine purpose with confidence, knowing that God equips us to lead and support one another in our journeys of faith.
