Sermon: "No Matter What - Directed By HIM"

Based on scriptures James 3:4-5a, 7-12 & Mark 8:27-38.

This week as we think about our own "no matter what", our Gospel reading invites us to listen in as Jesus asks His disciples, "Who do people say I am?"  They have various answers.  (easy when you're talking about other people, right?) But THEN He turns to them and asks, "And what about you?  Who do you say that I am?"  Peter speaks right up.  He knows the right answer, the expected answer.  "You are the Christ," he says.
